“Great guys and service. Their initial premium quote was a little higher than my exiting policy. I agreed to give them a chance because I wanted to work with a local agent, remove the 800# and, talking with a person I never met. They delivered! I was hit in a parking lot on a Sunday. I called my agent and expected his voicemail. Instead, he answered right away and explained the next steps thoroughly. Most importantly, he asked if any witness saw the accident since a parking lot accident is hard to prove. Thankfully after I got off the phone, two individuals gave me their contact info to share with my agent. He was able to file a claim against the person who hit me which ultimately saved me $500 and I was sent a check in 2-3 weeks to get my car repaired. Highly recommend!!!”
